At Aispi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique boutique finds; therefore, we offer a seamless 14-day return period for all eligible items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that due to the exclusive nature of our curated designers, certain limited-edition pieces may be subject to specific exchange-only policies.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aispi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our curation team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
